Well, I hate to judge anybody by one interaction, but your boss committed a serious social transgression. My guess is that this person would expect you to work around your life and schedule for the sake of your work to an extreme, but would be cold and uncaring or just unavailable himself. It might also indicate a boss who simply doesn't care about the hiring process because he has no respect for lower-level personnel.
Not much! And knowing MY "big mouth", I would have TOLD them as much!!!!!!!
Many Hiring / Decision makers have very busy schedules and sometimes meetings run longer than expected. It happens more than you think. Don't take it personally.
It tells me he's at least interested enough in you to have personally called you for an interview even though he was unable to show up.
Beyond that, not knowing more of the circumstances, I couldn't say.

It certainly doesn't make him sound like someone I would like to work for.
