I'm not sure where your cat is, and I hope it comes back soon. I used to have one that would disappear for a few days at a time. She would reappear, hang around for a few days then disappear again. This went on for over a year before I found out where she was going. When the cat didn't come home for a week, I posted a "lost cat" notice with a photo, at the grocery store. The next evening I got a call. It turned out that my cat was leading a double life and spent half her time visiting with a nice old widow that lived a couple of blocks away. The cat sat meowing at the old woman's back door, shortly after her husband had died, so the woman let the cat in and fed her. They became great friends and my cat kept her company for a few days at a time. We were both relieved to know where the cat went when it wasn't at home.

Awwwe,that's a sweet story Ice Man.I'm sorry to have to report that I found my cat dead in a puddle of water.She was torn up by an animal of some kind.I'm crying right now as I write this and I feel horrible.She'll be greatly missed. Molly: 2004-2008.R.I.P*
