friend's had blood of 30 yesterday,trouble I know, this morning it's 170, i known she's having trouble controlling elderly what do I do

    Are you talking about blood sugar? If that is it you need to call her doctor for instructions rather than asking people that have no clue of her history. Go ...call...NOW!!

    OK, using the American system, a normal range is between 72 and 144. Anything below 63 or above 180 is clinically significant.

    I pretty much knew that, but she resistant to us. I'm not family(very good neighbor) But trying to contact out state relatives; her husband can't be responsible . Can you give me normal ranges. We got passed yesterday (stay till it was 70) and she was more AWAERE what was happening to her. Give me normal ranges and I will call some, if I'm concerned for mortality.
