Do you know, Moongrim, our neighbors actually DID that to us one day. My husband and I had left the house and when we got down the street (about 5min. later) we remembered me had to go back to the house for something. So we turned around and went back and upon driving into the driveway, we saw our neighbors had plugged a LO-O-O-ONG construction electrical cord into one of our OUTSIDE electrical sockets and was using it to run a generator. You can not IMAGINE how angry I was. Unbelievable what some people will do! Thanks for your answer!
