    take mood stabilizers.
    ahahah
just kidding that shit sucks . well . no it doesnt.
    but its not great either.

this is the story of my life.

    guilt comes on the decline.
    shut yourself off.
    get fucked up.
    do something creative.
and wait for it to pass.

    the second it passes.
go outside and smell the roses.
then fuck the shit out of them.

You are meant to be happy. Take a look at the fantastic planet around you, and breathe in all its joys and wonders- better still, be one of them. Sure there are lots of things to be upset with, but filter out those which don't affect you directly, and you'll find you can handle them all. Guilt is the albatross that parents, preachers and jilted lovers hang around our necks to make themselves feel less inadequate, so don't buy it- enjoy your happiness, life is too bloody short to regret anything.

Whoa. Beware of this circle. Depression is like a big, unhappy, miserable monster that will do anything to rob you of joy. The fact that you were depressed for so long has left you in a certain comfort zone and now that you have left that zone you are feeling guilty because you have entered into unfamiliar territory. Embrace it, live it, eat it if you can (lol) As the saying goes "misery loves company" and depression's other name is "misery"
