What type of town is New Bern, NC? Is it teenager friendly? We are thinking of moving from Los Angeles. What should we expect?

    It's a quiet, rural, waterfront town. If you don't like the slow pace of an old town, you shouldn't move here! :) It is teen friendly if you have a good kid that likes church and school groups.
