Help answer this question below.
To take a shit?
I have never heard a better answer to this than that given by Eleanor Roosveldt, to wit;
Fill what's empty
Empty what's full
Scratch what itches
1) "Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology, proposed by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper A Theory of Human Motivation."
"Maslow's hierarchy of needs represented in the shape of a pyramid, with the largest and lowest levels of needs at the bottom, and the need for self-actualization at the top, also the needs for people."
"Physiological needs
For the most part, physiological needs are obvious—they are the literal requirements for human survival. If these requirements are not met (with the exception of clothing and shelter), the human body simply cannot continue to function.
Physiological needs include:
Breathing
Food
Sexual activity
Homeostasis"

2) There could also be other ways to define physical needs, though.
"A second view of need is represented by the work by political economy professor Ian Gough. He has published on the subject of human needs in the context of social assistance provided by the welfare state . With medical ethics professor Len Doyal , he also published The Theory of Human Need.
Their view goes beyond the emphasis on psychology: it might be said that an individual's needs are representative of the costs of being human within society. A person who does not have his or her needs fulfilled -- i.e., a "needy" person -- will function poorly in society.
In the view of Gough and Doyal, each person has an objective interest in avoiding serious harm that prevents the endeavor to attain his or her vision of what's good, no matter what that is exactly. This attempt requires the ability to participate in the societal setting in which an individual lives. More specifically, each of needs to have both physical health and personal autonomy. The latter refers to the capacity to make informed choices about what should be done and how to implement that. This requires mental health, cognitive skills, and chances to participate in society's activities and collective decision-making.
How are such needs satisfied? Doyal and Gough point to eleven broad categories of "intermediate needs" that define how the need for physical health and personal autonomy are fulfilled:
Adequate nutritional food and water
Adequate protective housing
A safe environment for working
A safe physical environment
Appropriate health care
Security in childhood,
Significant primary relationships with others
Physical security
Economic security
Safe birth control and child-bearing
Appropriate basic and cross-cultural education."

Physical Needs of the Dying Child
To be able to inhale air, process it, and then exhale. This is why I have been actively involved in trying to persuade smokers to quit and non-smokers to never start. I watched my mother die from emphysema and it was an absolute nightmare for her and, to tell the truth, for me too. She never would have deliberately wanted to torment me with such a death - but watching her struggle when there was no way I could help was the most excruciating thing I've ever experienced. Mind you, I know that there are experiences that are more tormenting than the one I had. But - thus far - this one - not being able to help my mother and seeing her so frightened, so full of anxiety, so terrified - is the worst thing I've gone through. If it was so bad for me - think of what it must have been for her! Part of me died when she died.
physical need????this question is put in a wrong way!a human is half soul half material and if you exceed any then you are doing an unbalance to your body!physical needs are things which are not in our hands like mating(well actually thats for animals)eating, drinking etc... but all others are just icing on the cake like they say!
Ok. Now if you want to go in a non-practical direction I could go on to list a nearly infinite degree of things going from the structural integrity of the endoplasmic reticulum however since you are talking on a practical level I will go ahead and list the following:
Their are about 56 essential nutrients that scientist have identified. They fall into the categories of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, water and oxygen. They are essential for human life which mean that if you do not have these things you will suffer deteriorating health.
Now if you are speaking loosely than DO NOT LET PEOPLE tell you to give up demanding sex. Or if you are a women SHUT your man DOWN. Make him your bitch. You have sex when I SAY sex boy!
To own guns.
sex, enlightenment/understanding, materialism, food, freedom, power.
you know its right so dont give me that shelter and food bullshit. because phsyical and mental/spiritual cannot exist without the other and the monetary system is how you eat. reproduction is a necessary intent.
Food, shelter, sex
Bathing....hahahahahaha
