Google.com can offer all of that as well as give you the option of making your own homepage where you can have the latest news, sports, and all that you mentioned put on it. Not only that but you can sign up for their free web based email service which can also be put on your homepage. When you make this home page you can set it as your browser's homepage. Just go here: http://www.google.com/ig?hl=en&source=iglk You'll need to make an account which is free.
