    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

The patron saint of Scotland, Saint Andrew is believed to have spread the doctrines of Christian religion throughout Greece and Asia Minor. The blue and white national flag of Scotland is symbolic of the Cross of St. Andrew. St. Andrew's Day is commemorated in Scotland on Nov. 30.
