    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

According to Section 107 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, the filing of any paper in a bankruptcy case is a matter of public record and open to examination by any entity. However, the bankruptcy court may, with just cause, protect the identity of an individual if such exposure would cause undue risk of unlawful injury.
