yeah. The whole idea of putting the bag there was to save the seat.
I would be a lot more annoyed if the chair was there and my bag was gone.
As it is I would just conclude that someone needed a chair. ( maybe even someone pissed at the way many women put their handbag on one chair while they sit on another ;-))
I don't carry a bag, but I can see your point. Yes I think I would be annoyed at whoever was rude enough to move my things and take my seat. I wouldn't say anything, but I'd make sure they got paid back ... if we are talking about an adult and not a young child.
There is more to life than worrying about a silly seat. I would find another place to sit and move on.
