Stress, Greasy food, health issues, try getting some omega-3, if you sweat alot remember to keep a sweat rag for your face or something, don't touch your face with your hands too much, stuff like that.
Keep your face super clean. Use a cleansing product made for faces only. Do not use soap. Then get some witch hazel (in Walmart where they sell alcohol), it's cheap and use it with cotton balls to go over your face after washing. You will be amazed at how much dirt comes off when you do this. Do not pick or mash the bumps. Also, as stated, try to avoid stress.
Probably stress related as the acne bothers you so much.. It's like a dangerous cycle. The more stressed out you get by it, the more acne you get.. the more acne you get, the more it stresses you out Etc.
It may sound like i'm just spouting crap but I can honestly say, one day with my spots I thought to myself 'I just can't be bothered with battling against them anymore' and just got on with my life, and within a few months they had started to clear and were soon gone.. Positive thinking can do wonders!
anon...just keep your face gently cleaned everyday and put yourself on zinc vitamins and an everyday multivitamin.....give it a little time and stop stressing about it...stress could be making it worse.....zinc is a natural antibiotic. and cleansing your face with diluted vinegar(a natural astringent) is the cheapest, most natural, and SAFEST way to go!!!!the best...
Dermatologists will tell you ONE thing UNIVERSALLY about treating acne. It goes like this, "We (meaning doctors) treat acne until either the patient gives up or the acne gives up!" ! That should. . . . .pretty much. . . . .answer your question!
