A-grade students have a difficult time getting in. You need to be exceptional, but that's a good thing because trust me, the idea of Oxford is lovely but you do not want to go there unless you are willing to put your entire life on hold. If you're not working hard enough to get A's now, you will not enjoy it.
If you have a rich well known family you won't need grades.
They love the upper crust there.
Generally, Oxford only looks at students with straight As. There are probably the odd exceptions, but you will have to raise your standards to have a serious chance.
I'd never say never but I doubt it's very likely either. Might have a better chance if you do very well in college and apply there for graduate school.
