Hmmm...there are several possibilites to this.
1) You may need to stretch your muscles more before pitching.
Or 2) You may have a problem known as tendonitis or bersitis (spelling may not be correct) which is an inflammation of the tendon and can cause severe pain. I have tendonitis that shoots from my shoulder down to my elbow because I do a lot of the same movements as an artist.
Pitching over and over and over again can cause strain. I suggest seeing a doctor and possibly getting medications as well as tips on how to help ease your pain. I had acupuncture done and that helped me a lot! I hope your pain goes away =(
i think u need do a good warm up before u play .
its also important that u start pitching slower in the beginning and then gradually go to ur peak pace .
u also need to end ur play with a warm down which is COMPULSARY(NOT TO BE NEGLECTED).
practice pitching slower so you dont throw out your arm, and use the right muscles at the right time. there is a right way to push yourself and a wrong way.
what about streaching befor and after the games that what i do for cricket as im a bowler or you could try muscle manipulation or something like energy transfer
