Help answer this question below.

Sometimes after sex the skin around my vagina feels really dry & tight and sometimes it hurts. if i sit funny,it feels like my vagina like ripped a little or theres like a little cut. i figured it might be cuz i wasnt wet enough,could it be an STD?

    dont worry, ive been having sex for nearly 2 years now and im the same..
    i went to the doctors as i was worried it was an STD but i got checked out and it wasnt, there was no signs of any STD.
    but they never actually said why my vagina hurts after sex.
    im guessing a few reasons -
    1. i could be allergic to condoms
    2. im not wet enough to begin with
    3. his penis is too big for my vagina (which causes the ripped feeling at the bottom of the vagina)
    or 4. its too rough.

    you could try many things by yourself e.g. going on the pill, using lube..
    but seeing a doctor may help.

    I'm not sure if you have an STD, but I've experienced what you're talking about, & I'm pretty sure the dryness may just be from either shaving, or a yeast infection. If you do shave your bikini area, then you could try applying more lotion to area around your vagina. If you also experience some itching & maybe discharge that you don't normally have (different smell, color, &/or thickness), then you probably have a yeast infection. If you're still not sure, talk to your gynecologist.
