I hate diets! How can I look slimmer without it (clothes, accessories, whatever)

    Sticking to dark colors, no horizontal lines. Sometimes an empire waist will do the trick. Emphasizing your breasts, etc. Or wearing dark colors and bright jewelry will attract the eye upwards.

    You don't need a particular diet. To loose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. Just eat less and excercise more.

    Walk wherever you go. Obesity has only become an issue in my generation, and Big Macs are that much more fattening that the diets heavy on bacon, eggs and dairy that our ancestors ate. They just worked a heckuva lot harder and walked or rode a horse wherever they went.

    Wearing dark colors, wearing a nice belt around your waist. It makes curves more noticeable. Not wearing extremely bright shirts (yellow etc.) All kinds of things you can do, that's just a few.

    ... as long as you are active enough to be burning the same amount of calories that you are consuming, you stay physically very similar ... if you eat more than you burn, you will add more fat to yourself ... if you burn more than you eat, you will decrease your fat ...

    ... if you want to actually be slimmer without changing your eating habits, be more active ...

    ... if all you want is an illusion that makes you appear slimmer, there are many little tricks in fabric patterns and colours, such as thin vertical stripes (not thick horizontal stripes) ...
