Help answer this question below.
From a CD? From your hard drive? Details, man, details. =P
From a CD: Try Audiograbber (http://download.cnet.com/Audiograbber/3000-2140_4-10016038.html) or Free CD Ripper (http://download.cnet.com/Free-CD-Ripper/3000-2168_4-10212165.html).
From your hard drive: You could try uploading them to a free file hosting service, but if they realize the files are copyrighted they will be deleted and you could face legal troubles. I would invest in a spindle of CD-Rs if you have a drive capable of writing them, or either a portable USB drive or an external HDD, depending on how much music you need to back up.
Yeah there is just go to Limewire I use it all the time and the site to go on when u want to watch a free movie is www.watch-movies.net.

Do you know if it would be possible to back all my file to my PS3 and then get them off when needed? Sorry, I know your probably not wanting to spend all your time on one question I just really want more room on this stupid Mac.

No need to apologize. There is a guide at the link below for backing up your files onto your PS3 by adding the second extension of .mp4 (so Picture.jpg would be renamed Picture.jpg.mp4.) The files won't be usable on your PS3, but it will store them, and you should be able to move them back if you manage to get more room later (you'll need to remove the .mp4 extension in that case.) You'll need a USB cord though to connect your PS3 and Mac.
