Don't worry about it. The state of Utah (over 70% LDS) has the highest rate for subscriptions to on-line porn sites. So, you are not the only one in the LDS church that is watching porn. The only state that even comes close to Utah, is Alaska.

Utah also has an extremely high rate of sexual offenses IE child rape and, adult rape.

I am not saying that you personally would go as far as rape, but you are in "good" company with all those Mormons.

You might be the only HONEST one though.

The answer is not to give up Mormonism. There's no such as thing as "Mormonism is not for me"--either the LDS Church is true or it isn't. You should talk to your bishop about this problem so he can help you and pray for the Lord's help.

I have seen personally how addiction to pornography can break apart families and cause unimaginable sorrow. It is fine to appreciate and be grateful for the bodies God gave us. Sex is a beautiful thing, but it is also sacred and private. Even if you aren't "addicted" to pornography, Mormon teachings are very clear about avoiding all such materials as they can very quickly lead you into the path of addiction, or infidelity. Even if you're not married, the church teaches that it is wrong to "arouse" yourself because we should have no sexual relations outside the bounds of marriage. I would encourage you to talk with your bishop- he will be understanding, I think, if you honestly explain yourself. He can also help you to be happy living and keeping the commandments. Also , you really should pray about this. if you are not sure if something is right, God will direct you.

By your logic, you would turn from either. So, to rephrase your question and "solution": "What should I do if I enjoy looking at porn but I'm a _____? I'm thinking that perhaps PORNOGRAPHY is not for me." If you put it this way there is no need to ask anyone or yourself "What must I do?"

Just go out and buy a playboy magazine. If you are ashamed, then someone has instilled in you that sex is bad. Mormans are people like everyone else, as long as you are not hurting anyone then don't worry God won't be mad, afterall he created us as sexual human beings, stop the guilt, it's ruining your life.
