    CPR stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, a first aid technique of chest compressions and rescue breathing that keeps the blood flowing in a person who is in a state of cardiac arrest.

    AEDs or automated external defibrillators are the electronic devices which can be handy in diagnosis of the potentially life threatening cardiac arrest of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia in a
    patient or sportsperson. AED helps them treat through defibrillation, the application of electrical therapy which stops the arrhythmia, allowing the heart to reestablish an effective rhythm.
