How could you force donate ? Forcing is theft or blackmail and donate is just that ...A donation..
"Forced donation" is, of course, a self-contradiction in terms. Try asking a more specific question.
Stealing is against the law, even when the thief works for a jail and the victim is in custody.
If a jail official says "Donate this or else I'll punish you" then the jail official is committing the felony crime of Coercion.
Now if the property is marijuana, I dunno, because it's against the law for marijuana to exist.

Exsanguination - if one were to bleed to death do you have a heart attack or pass out first? this one site says it isn't painful I some how disbelieve that.
