I'll assume you use Internet Explorer, but the general term for it is auto-complete.
Tools > Internet Options > Content
Under "AutoComplete", choose "Settings". You can uncheck "Address Bar" if you want to avoid this in future. For right now, click "Delete AutoComplete history", and make sure "History" and "Form Data" are checked. Then click "Delete".
Go to History, click Show All History, and delete the website. By the way, what was the website?

AutoComplete is under Tools (from the menu bar), then Internet Options, then navigate to the "Content" tab. It should be near the middle of the tab.
