Do you tend to make any cooking adjustments when making Ramen-Noodles(Chinese noodles), other than what the package instructs?

I do. My version stated later.

    I drain all the water off after cooking, and then add seasoning. Makes the flavour stronger.

    The directions to show you, that to make it as a soup. However, mine does approx the same, but draining the water at the end after the 3 minutes of cooking have expired.

    yes, I my self will add peas,sliced chiken or pork watercestnuts and bambo shoots, this makes it more flavorfull.
