Actually what we need is to keep video games out of the movie timeline, and make the Old Republic timeline video games only. Re-enacting your favorite movie scene by scene is so NES, I wanna be able to make a new character and have new adventures.

You're reading We need a video game that's all about Darth Vader. He's the lord of the sith, he deserves his very own game. Who agrees with me?

I didn't say it had to be in the movies. There's plenty of things about Vader we don't see in the movies. I was thinking along the lines of a game where we see him perform dark deeds inbetween III and IV that secured his place as one of the most feared beings in the galaxy. Like the conclave on Kessel or the invasion of Kashyyykk as seen in the novel Star Wars: Dark Lord.

Well, there was The Force on Wii. You only played as him for the first stage, but it still filled in some gaps.

I'm not interested in gaps. I'm interested in being able play as and to unleash the power of the Dark Lord of the Sith we all know and love. 1 little tutorial level doesn't cut the cheese.
