Help answer this question below.
There are many possible causes for what you are experiencing but it's for sure that you don't want to ignore it. For the record, I am not a doctor but I suggest you see one about your problem. Here are three possibilities that you should consider:
Sleep apnea. This disorder can cause you to feel very tired because even though you might think you are getting a full night's sleep you really are not. You never slip into the deep mode of sleep or the REM mode.
Certain heart issues can cause you to be tired - sometimes all of the time. Maybe you should have that checked out.
Alcohol consumption can do it too.
I think it depends on what time you sleep. I heard about this research that found out that if you sleep after 10pm or something your body will feel more lethargic the day after. So...try sleeping earlier? Hope that helps!!
Maybe your anaemic, tthat can be a sign being very restless and lathargic, you should go for a blood test. speak to your doctor.
your the same as me i mostly started eating fruit and it has gone away i guess your body can get tiered if you have or have not gotten sleep.
its because your not doing enough physical activity during the day, therefore, that energy is still being released while laying down to sleep.
You are probably not really sleeping soundly all night. It is likely that you are waking up, even if you don't realize it, for a few moments. Broken sleep is not restful sleep.
Probably you were the exception, born tired!

Great answer. You covered everything I was going to mention.
Gregory, it is always a good plan to have a workup from your doc to rule out cardiac problems.
As far as sleep apnea, if you have an s/o or anyone else who sees you sleep, ask if you have periods where you exhale, do not inhale for a bit, then gasp to catch up, breath regularly for a bit... and repeat. That is sleep apnea and it can be brief or bad enough to frighten anyone who sees you do it.

Oh, I forgot, ask for a blood workup because there are many imbalances that can cause fatigue. Anemia for one and, I think (but do not quote me), thyroid disorders.
