klonopin and seroquel are both known to cause weight gain. it is an official side effect of both medications, but it isn't caused by the medications themselves. both of these seem to make the person taking them have an increased appetite, which is why people gain weight. a side effect of lexapro is actually loss of appetite, so taking it with one of the others (i don't suggest taking klonopin and seroquel at the same time) could help you maintain a normal appetite.
Yes,as was stated before me,,and also watch the other side effects of them all.I have had bad reactions with lamictal, seroquil and was suicidal with the klonopin,,watch what you take and seek other doctors if you have doubts about the ones you see today.
I have a good friend who has taken each of these at one time or other and did not have a problem with wait gain except for klonapin, which I believe was because he ate less when under stress...so when less stressed and relaxed naturally he gained weight which he was able to counteract with exercise etc etc .
