This means that if the other party discovers that you have been dating, having an affair, etc then they are entitled to not only sue you, but the other person as well! This is because you are technically still married and 'should' be using this time to reconcile with your spouse. If someone else enters the union through an affair, they are seen to be the cause of your alienation of affection towards your spouse. Really, you should discuss this with your lawyer as they will be more able to discuss the implications of dating during a separation.
