Do Mormons believe the water and bread of the Sacrament are the literal body and blood of Jesus?

    No. Much like alot of everything in the bible and Book of Mormon, they are sybolic.

    Don't quote me but, when we bless the water they say,

    ...this water to the souls that drink of it, that they may do it IN REMEMBERENCE of the blood of thy son WHICH WAS SHEED FOR THEM. and so on and so on
    and if i'm not mustaken the bread (The body of Christ) is to bear witness unto him

    No. They believe they are symbolic of Jesus' blood and body, but that they are in no way transformed into His blood and body.

    They are symbolic, and taken IN REMEMBRANCE of his blood and body.
    If we believed they were literally his body and blood, eating them would make us cannibals.

    I believe it is the Catholics who believe that somehow simple wine/water, bread/wafers are truly transformed into blood, flesh of Jesus....oy!

    The bread and water simply represents Jesus Christ's body and blood--it's not to be considered literal. When Jesus broke the bread and served the water, he wasn't tearing his own flesh and bleeding into a cup. It's symbolic.
