Call the customer service hotline and tell them about the problem. They will most likely go through some troubleshooting steps with you to try and either 1) correct the problem or 2) determine the exact nature of the problem. If they are not able to help you correct the problem, then it may be possible that your unit needs to be sent in for repairs or replacement.
