The wages are all going to be geographic, market bearing and specialty dependent. For example, being a CNE in Utah or Texas will have higher demand and command a higher wage if the market isn't flooded with like certified people. Being a CNE in a place like Toronto has a bleak outlook because it's a microsoft town. Worldwide, there's a glut of IT specialists at the moment. This will change soon though in some geographic areas and specialties. One good way to find expected salaries is to go to your Government's human resources web sites or to hit a site like Payscale.com or even Monster has a pay scale calculator. You can also use your local Governments pages to find job trends as to what they expect to be a hot commodity in the near future. The more in demand your specialty is, the greater your wage will be if you hold the qualifications.

It really depends on a lot of factors. Wages vary greatly by region and by field. It also depends on your experience and education. Entry-level positions are obviously going to pay less than positions which require a great deal of experience.
