Not sure I understand your question but if you are asking how to say "no" to sex I suppose you could lie and say that you are having a herpes outbreak. That's pretty severe and I wouldn't wish that on anyone - but surely it would work. The trouble is - it might work too well.

If I were you I wouldn't go to such an extreme. I'd just be honest about not being interested if I were you. Mens' egos are usually very fragile so I suppose if you really care about the guy you should be sure to let him know it's your issue - and not because of him specifically.

Perhaps you've really been burned and don't have much regard for the opposite gender right now. Let me assure you - there are some really good men out there. My mother re-married when I was 14 and my step-dad was as close to perfect as a step-dad could be. He truly loved me and I truly loved him. Mother could not have any more children because of "female" surgery but that didn't seem to phase him. He helped me learn the meaning of "honest work" and supported me even when I screwed up. The man died in my arms in 1965 of lung cancer. I think about him every single day and am grateful for the time we had together.
