You may be heavy but I doubt you are ugly. What may seem unattractive to some will be seen as beautiful to someone else. Put a smile on your face, show that you like yourself and others and you will be beautiful/handsome.

Take showers daily. Take care of your skin. Get a nice hair-cut. Go to a gym/exercise often
I do 13 sit-ups everyday (well i try xD) It helps with stomach fat.
