Help answer this question below.
I have lived in my apartment almost two years. When I moved here it was under another management co. who eventually went bankrupt. This company kept the leases from the other co. They state 24 hour maintenance. I have requested extermination, and a few fixtures to be repaired sine August of last year...Its Jan. 2010 and I have YET to have them fixed or my place sprayed. They came to my door this morning although rent isn't due until the 5th of Feb., and asked for pay ALTHOUGH they never hold their side of the bargain to their tenants.
What can I do until I move to alleviate these issues and gain prospect from them on their end?
Any spam, derogatory/irrelevant statements WILL BE REPORTED. Thanx!
Well, I had advice for you but when you threaten people it makes them not want to help. I'll just keep my advice since it might not be the exact words you want.
One thing I will say is don't ask for advice and then threaten people. Maybe we should report you for threatening us.
