the car runs fine other than this and the vibration doesnt happen everytime
Your brake rotors may be warpped or your anti-lock brakes are kicking in.
If this happens all the time and the roads are dry then it is the rotors otherwise if the roads are slippery and you feel and hear like a buzz it is your anti-lock brakes. This is normal for anti-lock brakes.
I would just stop in at the local garage and let them check it out for you.
Well my experience with the mazda 3's is that either your brake is stiff or it rattles or just feels like you might brake it by pushing it(pun not intended) but I personally the manufacturing isn't very good so it's not just you. But the issue is probably that it's either comming in contact with a part of the vibrating motor or your brakes need to be checked out...

You're reading 2007 mazda3 I vibrates on and off when i have my foot on the brake you can feel the vibration on your foot and on the seat
