In the song Panama by Van Halen, the canal famous nation is depicted as fun and carefree full of endless drinking, sex and easy living in a tropical paradise when the region is actually stricken with widespread Poverty, crime and drug trafficking...in a tropical paradise.

Panama City Florida. On the strip, lots of things to do. He talks about riding in his car, pulling the seat back. At least thats what I always thought he was talking about.
