well wedgie pullers seem to be fond of their face and groin area. if you kick them in groin such area or punch oh say the side of their jaw. they tend to worry more on themselves than finishing a wedgie. of course that might provoke one such wedgie giver so if you don't want to fight them or if they're a friend just having their odd sense of fun then you would want something less provoking. if you can reach their arm pulling your undergarments then place one arm on their wrist and the other on their elbow or upper forearm and twist it away from their body. Then a third alternative using one or two hands simply bend their hand back since the body has limited motion that way if you have two hands then put it below their wrist and aim to make their knuckles touch the back of the top of their forearm. of course you can always be polite and ask them to quit but oddly i never remember that step for most things in life. hope this helps or leads to great ideas that help you out.
