Should it be legal to execute a mentally challenged man or woman ?

    I think anyone who murders is mentally deranged personally. The debate about the morality of the death penalty is another topic. The person who is responsible for the premeditated death of another person needs to pay a price and his/her mental acuity is irrelevant.If it were accidental or incidental to something else that would not be as grave or evil in my opinion although the result is the same. If there is no death penalty, then incarceration for life. If there is, then the fate of the murderer should not be tempered/mitigated by his/her lack of mental capacity. Just my opinion. :)

    Absolutely not. No one has the right to kill anyone. But to murder a mentally challenged person is beyound comprehention.
