    Currently yes! It's helping me with my diet... Good fats and vitamins but filling so I don't have to add too much in complex carbs (rice/pasta/bread)

    Yes and at 25 cents an avodcado, i eat a lot of it!

    Mash it up and make it into guacamole for sandwiches, salad topper and dip for chips.

    Peel it, put it in the fridge and then chop it up to put in stir fry and soups!

    Yes, if it is cheap. It's very nice served with citrus fruit juice or lemon pepper.
