    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Stage fright, also known as fear of public speaking, may feel like "a slight nervousness to paralyzing fear and panic," states Mayo Clinic psychiatrist, Dr. Daniel K. Hall-Flavin. Shortness of breath, a wobbling voice and shaking may also occur.

I play the piano and I suffer with stage fright badly. My heart beats reaallly fast and my hands go all shaky, as well as my legs. I find that breathing slowly and pretending you have a lot of confidence really helps just before. Durring the performance, I find that imagining your just at home really helps too.
