It is unlikely that a dog will get pregnant a few weeks after giving birth. Dogs do not get pregnant until they go into heat. According to the Sacramento Area Animal Coalition, dogs can go into heat about three months after having a litter.Source:

stud boston is not tying with female. Her fist time but he is used with other bostons. He mounts a lot but only seems to be causing a rash
