    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

A shih tzu will weigh between 9 and 16 pounds when it is fully grown. Its height will be between 8 and 11 inches tall at the shoulder. The shih tzu breed was recognized as a toy breed by the American Kennel Club in 1969.
