    OSHA regulations do not exclude any items from a first aid kit. An OSHA-compliant first aid kit can contain aspirin, in addition to the following required items: gauze pads, adhesive bandages, gauze rolls, triangle bandages, wound cleanser, scissors, blanket, tweezers, tape, latex gloves, resuscitation equipment, elastic wraps, splint and emergency assistance instructions.
