While it is not possible to permanently change the size of your pores, they can be tightened so they appear smaller. When pores are clogged they are more noticeable in appearance.
On the Other: Pores Are Never Permanently Minimized
No matter what technique you use to unclog and tighten your pores they will fill up and expand again. Pores fill with oil, dirt, dead skin cells and oxidized skin pigment, which is why they seem larger and become darker and more noticeable.
Bottom Line
To shrink pores you must exfoliate to unclog them and then use a products to tighten the skin. This must be a regular routine to maintain the appearance of reduced pores.
