Shaw offers a range of choices in carpeting including nine different collections; indoor, outdoor, commercial and residential applications; and hundreds of styles. Customers on several internet sites rave about the sturdiness of Shaw carpets and the variety of choices. The well-known company is now owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
On the Other: Complaints and Bad Reviews
Some people have had issues with Shaw carpets, including problems with installation and burn marks left on the carpet by a vacuum cleaner. Others warn the carpet begins to show wear marks and stripes less than a year after installation.
Bottom Line
While some people have had issues, the overwhelming consensus is that Shaw produces good carpets. They have a selection that should fit most needs.
