    MayoClinic.com states that priapism is a continuous, unwanted, and in some cases painful erection that lasts for several hours, and does not end after penile stimulation is stopped.

    Lichen Sclerosis

    According to CureResearch.com this skin disorder causes white, leathery, dry skin patches in the genital area, which can result in a painful erection when the area is stimulated.
