    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Aluminum exists almost everywhere in the environment, and the typical person ingests a certain amount of it from drinking water, medicine, and certain pharmaceuticals. Harvard professor Helen MacIntosh has said that leeching of aluminum from cookware into food, though not thoroughly studied, does not appear to be a dangerous source of aluminum exposure.
