According to DNACenter.com, a blood paternity test can be 99.999 percent accurate or higher when declaring the probability of parenthood. If a person is excluded, or found not to be biologically related, that is a 100 percent accurate result. Tests which evaluate 16 markers versus 8 or 10 markers are most accurate.
