    According to the official Bravo TV Project Runway site, the winner of Project Runway's third season was Jeffrey Sebelia, founder and owner of the Cosa Nostra and Good Vig design lines. In the finale, Jeffery's collection went over the $8,000 budget limit, and he was asked to remove items from his collection to meet that requirement.
