Bottom Line
If you are just looking for a basic fertilizer to make an ordinary lawn a little more lush, Scotts is going to be worth the price you're paying for it. However, if you need a fertilizer because your lawn is in a state of disrepair, you should look at a few of the pricier, more specific, options of lawn care.
