Pomegranates are an antioxidant-rich red fruit that grows in many parts of the world. Today's pomegranates come from California, Spain and southeast Europe and Asia. Pure or Mixed Fruit Juice

You can use pomegranate juice to create cocktails as well, such as a martini. Mix 1 oz. high-quality vodka and with 3/4 cup pomegranate juice. Pour the vodka and juice over ice and shake, then pour the liquid into a chilled martini glass and top with a lemon wedge.
Canned Fruit
If you enjoy the art of canning fruit, use your favorite fruit as usual and top with pomegranate juice. This will add a unique flavor and allow you to get all the benefits of the pomegranate while enjoying your favorite fruit.
