Is there a law in Tennessee against parking a vehicle in the right-of-way of a private drive and blocking access to and from the home?

    We had a neighbour who was parking in an alley the ran between our street and the next.

    We jusy slipped a note onto his window one night saying the parking in alleys and blocking them increased the chance of tyre damage.

    Never parked there again.
